Good morning everyone. I'm reaching out to you because I purchased a Proteggtor Avatar in the Easter Event a few minutes ago with in game currency. The game told me that I purchased it, but I did not see it in my avatar inventory. Thinking that it was just lagging, I restarted the game. I still did not receive it and I'm short on the in game that I spent on it. Could you please look into this?
